His family describes a superfit teenager training for college sports qualification by day and boxing at night. Dr Richard Shepherd investigates the death of an athletic young man cleared to compete. An exercise physiologist reconstructs his preparation, uncovering dangerous weight loss methods and an extreme training regime. A post-mortem specialist review of his heart reveals further clues. The case proceeds to an inquest, where questions of responsibility ultimately lead to a change in England Boxing guidelines. Later, Isaac Harris is found facedown dead in his Warwick room, his body missing vital medication to control epileptic seizures. For both families, knowing how their sons died is only the start of understanding why.
