Josie Gibson travels to Essex, where David requests aid in clearing his office. The room is completely occupied by his girlfriend Amanda’s vintage acquisitions. She returns home unaware the boxes have already been packed and appraised. The source describes her reaction as a shock of a lifetime. The episode then pivots to the practical outcome of the clutter removal. With the space finally cleared, the question becomes whether the empty room is sufficient incentive for Amanda to accept the valuation in cash rather than reclaim her collection. The resolution hinges entirely on her response to the financial offer for the space she just lost.
